One or more VPN profiles can be defined for entire OUs in Device configuration > Network.1 from Scout Enterprise Management Suite15 2101

Scout supports the following VPN (Virtual Private Network) clients for secure communication:

• Cisco AnyConnect
• OpenVPN

Depending on the VPN client used, the devices must have a configuration file. You can modify the configuration file by using the Scout feature Advanced file entries.
