Fluendo upgrade licenses

Fluendo upgrade licenses allow existing Fluendo Codec Pack (basic) licenses to be upgraded to Fluendo System-wide Codec Pack licenses.

When ordering, make sure that the number of licenses in the Fluendo upgrade license key corresponds to the number of existing Fluendo Codec Pack (basic) licenses.
The Fluendo upgrade licenses are entered in the license dialog of the Scout Console.
